Multimessage Systems Ltd is the approved European repair centre for all IP Office and INDeX equipment. Our repair centre is staffed by an experienced team of Avaya trained engineers, able to complete component level repairs on IP Office and INDeX products, including telephones, DECT handsets, systems and PCs.

Repairs are completed using Avaya approved parts before being soak-tested, shrink-wrapped and dispatched by courier.

Avaya Hardware Repair Service

The following section outlines the necessary steps required to initiate hardware support for IP Office and INDeX equipment which is in or out of warranty.

All SMBS equipment (IP Office and INDeX) should be returned to the address below. IP Office equipment should be sent with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, INDeX equipment does not require an RMA number.
