M330 Multifunction RAD
Multimessage Systems has established a reputation for the design and manufacture of high performance digital voice announcers. The M330 mf RAD is a robust and feature rich unit providing a cost effective way of delivering multi channel voice announcements, music and messaging on hold and interactive auto attendant functionality.
The system is designed with flexibility in mind and is supplied with a CDROM preloaded with application profiles for attendant or call queuing applications. Announcement features include music on hold, announce, time and date switching, strings, attendant, call transfer, direct to extension and live output.
Up to 99 different announcements can be recorded, stored and assigned to any port. Recorded announcements are digitally stored enabling callers to hear each from the beginning. Announcements can be strung together in sequence whilst a built in UPS ensures that calls will be answered even in the event of a mains power fail. Features:- 8 to 31 ports
