Multimessage M349
In this age of information technology, people demand faster access to information, 24 hours a day. Information on products, services, travel updates, sports and leisure events,etc. can often be provided automatically without needing the intervention of a 'live operator'.

The Multimessage M349 standard RAD uses digital technology to provide high quality voice messaging and music on hold on up to 5 lines. The M349 can be equipped with 4 to 8 minutes of memory and can store up to 60 outgoing announcements.

Different announcements can be assigned to each line, or a combination of lines, as required. Applications include ACD/UCD Announcements, call center announcements, out of hours, hotel wake up and many more.
